Submit a single multipage PDF with all pages in sequence. Page 1 = cover, pages 2–13 = January through December, page 14 = back cover (optional). Each page should include 0.125″ bleed on all sides. Download our free template to ensure correct dimensions.
Wire-O uses a coil that runs through punched holes along the binding edge, allowing pages to turn smoothly and lay flat. Saddle stitch uses two staples through the spine — more economical but pages don't turn as smoothly. For wall calendars meant to hang for a year, Wire-O is strongly recommended.
Yes — that's exactly how most custom calendars work. Design each month page with your chosen photo or artwork and include the calendar grid. Our G7 presses will reproduce your photography with faithful color accuracy.
For year-end distribution, we recommend ordering by October–November to allow time for approval, production, and delivery. Our rush options can accommodate last-minute needs but advance planning ensures the best pricing and turnaround.
Our minimum is 25 calendars. For very small runs or personal use, 25 is a great starting point. Pricing per unit drops significantly at 100+ quantities.
Yes — all calendar orders ship free via UPS Ground. For holiday season orders, we recommend allowing extra time for carrier volume delays during November–December.
