Saddle stitch works well for 8–48 pages — it's cost-effective and opens flat. Perfect bound is best for 48+ pages and gives a rigid spine with room for a title. Spiral binding lets the booklet lay completely flat and is popular for workbooks, manuals, and coil-bound notebooks.
Submit your file as a single multipage PDF with all pages in sequence (not spreads). Include 0.125″ bleed on all outside edges. Make sure your page count is divisible by 4 for saddle stitch. Our preflight team will alert you if anything needs adjustment.
Yes — that's our standard setup. Choose your cover paper (100lb Gloss Cover or 14pt Card Stock) and your interior paper separately. The heavier cover protects the interior pages and gives a more professional finish.
Our minimum is 25 copies. For smaller runs, perfect bound is slightly more expensive per unit, but saddle stitch and spiral offer great value starting at 25 copies.
